As an experienced educator with 20 years of teaching, assistant principal, and principal experience, I have built strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents. I am passionate and motivated about coaching and mentoring staff members, resulting in many of them attaining their teaching certification under my leadership.

My approach to curriculum design is focused on promoting understanding and retention of key concepts for long-term learning success.

As a principal, I serve as an excellent teacher mentor by providing guidance and support to help teachers develop their skills and grow in their profession.
