Passionate and Motivated Educator

As an experienced educator with 20 years of teaching, assistant principal, and principal experience, I have built strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents. I am passionate and motivated about coaching and mentoring staff members, resulting in many of them attaining their teaching certification under my leadership.

I am seeking to obtain a position in education to support the Superintendent, district personnel, administrative and curriculum goals.  Additionally, I can provide leadership and professional development growth to campus principals.  This includes supporting the planning, delivery, assessment, and ongoing improvement of curriculum and instruction programming, as well as the Strategic Staffing process.

EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP

As an educational leader, I strive to inspire and guide those around me towards academic success.  I set a positive example through my dedication to learning and commitment to excellence.  I encourage my peers to reach their full potential by providing support and motivation.  Through collaboration and effective communication, I work to foster a culture of growth and achievement in our academic community.  My goal is to lead by example and make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of those I interact with.

CURRICULUM DESIGN

One of my strengths lies in designing educational programs that engage students and help them learn effectively.  I have guided teachers as they structure lessons to make them interesting and easy follow.  By creating clear objectives and incorporating interactive activities, our campus has ensured that students grasp the material thoroughly.  My approach to curriculum design is focused on promoting understanding and retention of key concepts for long-term learning success.

TEACHER MENTORSHIP

As a principal, I serve as an excellent teacher mentor by providing guidance and support to help teachers develop their skills and grow in their profession.  I actively observe classroom practices, offer constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.  By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, I empower teachers to excel in their roles and have a positive impact on student learning.  Through coaching and encouragement, I've helped teachers navigate challenges, refine their instructional practices, and achieve their professional goals.
